Bolt Up® Steel Buildings are rock-solid metal building kits designed with cost and ease of installation in mind. Each kit includes heavy gauge framing, standard roof and wall sheathing, a steel walk-through door, and one framed opening (garage door not included). The standard package is rated for 110 MPH winds. Step by step instructions are available for every building size.

Available add-on options include additional framed openings, bulked up design for up to 145 MPH wind, painted roof panels, and wainscot wall color.

The simplicity of Bolt Up Buildings is refreshing – 8 building sizes are available ranging from 20’x24’x10′ up to 30’x52’x12′. Standard packages come with everything you need – down to the gutters and downspouts.

Bolt Up Steel Buildings are standardized metal building kits often installed as a DIY build. They are standard gable style buildings that look great and have a strong steel frame backbone.

Bolt Up Buildings are practical for everything from garages and workshops to barns and storage buildings. Standard packages meet IBC 2015, while the upgraded 145 MPH wind option meets Florida Building Code in every size.
