7/8″ Corrugated is our tallest and strongest corrugated panel. Deep 7/8″ ribs are closely spaced, providing a rugged look and the strength for industrial and commercial applications. These higher ribs also allow installation on slopes as low as 1:12.

Design & Size

We provide 7/8″ Corrugated cut to the inch per specification. 7/8″ Corrugated design features 7/8″ high ribs, spaced 2.67″ on center. On roofs, ribs are lapped 2 ribs, while on walls, ribs are lapped 1 rib.

7/8″ Corrugated is available in both SMP painted, Kynar 500® painted, and non-painted Galvalume. Unpainted Galvalume is popular for industrial/commercial roofs, while the painted options are popular for roofs and walls of industrial, commercial and general purpose buildings.

7/8″ Corrugated has the strength to span open framing up to 5′ apart – allowing incredible strength and saving on material costs.

Common uses for 7/8″ Corrugated include horizontal and vertical oriented walls as well as use as a high-strength roof panel. Painted, Galvalume, and specialty finishes make 7/8″ Corrugated a look all your own.

A high tensile steel core allows 7/8″ Corrugated to handle roofs and walls in the high winds of Florida.
